The Air Jordan 8 “OVO - Oakley” is a rare, unreleased colorway of Michael Jordan’s eight signature shoe that was created for Drake and inspired by Charles Oakley’s time with the Toronto Raptors. The limited edition “OVO - Oakley” Jordan 8 features purple “OAK” detailing on the collar and Raptors inspired red, purple, and black accenting on the white leather mudguard. Dotted white leather can be found on the mid-panel and smooth white tumbled leather on the toe and the cross strap on the midfoot. An OVO owl appears on the grey nylon pull tab on the collar and grey suede on the heel. Oakley had long since retired when Drake and Jordan Brand collaborated on this extremely rare player sample, but that doesn’t diminish the model’s desirability on the secondary sneaker market.
